You can take your number wherever you want. I don't see any reasons for this deal to be an exception.

yeah you can pac the number out, I cancelled myn today and didnt even have to argue the terminantion as I never used the sim
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I also got my cashback the other day! No problems at all!

In fact I was thinking about doing it again...

The t-mobile call centre guy was British or spoke with a British accent and was a pleasure to deal with. He accepted that I could cancel, or turn the sim into PAYG, i opted for the latter. He then told me that to turn it into PAYG there is no 30 day notice, I could do it immediately.

    Great service

T-Mobile charged me £15 when I ended a contract with them and converted to PAYG. They added the £15 to the new PAYG account as call credit.

No warning and it wasn't what I wanted.

Fortunately I got the money back after a few emails went back for forth between us. :T

The same here. I decided to pay £10 for the cancellation (notice) instead.

When and how much did u get the cashback, was it only a 30 days rolling contract and did u cancel the contract in before getting the cashback or straight away..

i got my cashback as well, they wouldn't do anything for me in regards to reducing the tariff to a fiver a month. Guess ill just take out another contract with virgin media and haggle them down to £5 a month.
