I took out a t-mobile sim only (30 day) deal £10.21pm last night via top cash back, I have just checked my TCB account and it states I only have £35.35 pending for this transaction but the TCB site states you receive £80.80 (after 90 days).
I not sure whats happened if any can advise I be grateful
    Cheers
Same here. I ordered last night but only £35.35 showing on TCB.

I've entered a claim in to TCB for the correct amount (they have put my claim 'On Ice' until 9 June). Hope it gets sorted.

Incidentally, I've gone for the free unlimited landlines deal.

I've entered a claim with TCB & they have emailed like you to inform me my claim is ' on ice' until June 9th
I registered for the £10.21 pm deal with free landlines booster and I'm already a t-mobile customer
Scrounger are you an existing t-mobile customer ?
This could why we have only received £35

Don't forget, you have 7 days to cancel the contract if you don't hear anything back from TCB.
  • I also just ordered the t-mobile sim only monthly deal using topcashback. Didn't see this thread on the website.
Ordered at around 4pm and just got a dispatch email saying the sim card is on its way.
Anyway, I also got it tracked on topcashback at £35.35 like the above couple of people.

I am taking this is wrong as it still says £80.80 on the cashback page.

Should I submit a cashback claim or should I just just cancel?
    Or both?

The thing is waiting until 9 June will also reduce the 7 day return guarantee?

Anyway, hope everyone is well and would appreciate any updates on this matter.
    Thanks.

By the way, great forum

its only a 30 day sim, so worth the gamble
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

i got my cashback as well, they wouldn't do anything for me in regards to reducing the tariff to a fiver a month. Guess ill just take out another contract with virgin media and haggle them down to £5 a month.
