I've just emailed the helpdesk email about some points I redeemed over 2 months ago. Had an automated reply of the following

Is anyone else still having problems with Rewarded Opinions? Earlier this year I was almost at payout level when I started having problems completing surveys - kept on having pop ups saying there was a problem with internet explorer etc, and I had to restart my laptop - had the same problem when trying to log on to the website too. Anyway, I managed to get a few more done and am now definitely over the payout limit.
Sent them a message saying I couldn't log on due to the website kicking me out everytime and could they suggest what to do/process my payment for me. Nothing back (no surprise reading some of the comments on here). I've only just started thinking about it again as it's getting near to Christmas and I could do with the extra money. I still receive a few survey invites, but hotmail doesn't like them and says they are highly suspicous! As I had another one today I thought I'd click through to the 'contact us' form and try again, only now it says my account has been unsubscribes as they only accept people from the UK or USA....errr, I am in the UK??? And if I'm unsubscribed why are they still sending me surveys??
So, which is the best email address to write to? I've seen a few mentioned on here but can't work out which one actually gets replies. Any suggestions gratefully received!Extra savings aim for 2020 £4,000 £0/£4,000

I requested payment by paypal on 11/05/2011 and i am still waiting.
I sent 5 emails to them and i have never got any back and they still keep sending me surveys to do.
Has anybody got a payment from them in the last week and if yes when was the payment requested.
Vince.

and let me cash out my points!
The phone number is 0207 936 6558 for anyone else experiencing non-replying of emails and non-answering of phone calls. Louise
I requested my payout in December and was informed it would take between 2-6 weeks. After waiting for 8 weeks I phoned ID Factor - the owners of Rewarded Opinions - on 0207 936 6550 (someone had given me a slightly different number to the one in luckylouise's post). I asked to speak to someone about Rewarded Opinions, and explained my situation to the guy I was put through to. He said I would get a response by the end of the day, and about an hour later my payment arrived in PayPal.:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A0 -
I'm with Reward Opinions and can say that I have been paid four times.
I have had 2 PayPal and 2 Cheque payments. Cheques seem to come a lot quicker than PayPal. (Between 1 to 2 months quicker).
I emailed them and they said this is because they have not manually process paypal mass pay verus a handling company does cheques.
So, I'm opting for cheques now on!Thank you all for helping me make my day by saving money!0 -
I'm still receiving loads of surveys which I complete. I've now reached 2125 points. I can't redeem them as the link isn't working.
I've e-mailed several times but no reply. After reading this thread I'm not surprised0 -

I had the same problem in October last year where the 'redeem' button wouldn't work. I emailed them as well and got no reply. Just keep checking the site - it took a couple of weeks before the button worked again and I was able to redeem my points - was very frustrating but I eventually received my cheque.0 -

Me too, as impractical an idea as that is nowadays.
Last year it took them a ridiculous amount of time to send my Paypal payment, and only after continuous queries on my part.
This year, I've just had a cheque arrive within their 6 week estimated wait. (still stupidly long, but a lot quicker than when choosing Paypal!)0 -
Greetings from the Rewarded Opinions Panel Team,
Recently, we have had a number of queries regarding our payment processes and timelines. As such, we want to make sure that there is 100% transparency around our payment processes so that you know exactly what to expect when you redeem the points you have earned with us.
We process all of your redemptions received each week on the Friday of the next week or on the next working day if Friday is a public holiday.
If you choose to receive your payments by PayPal, the maximum amount of time it should take for you to receive funds into your PayPal account is four weeks from the week of redemption. However, in most cases payment will be made much sooner than this. To avoid any delays please do ensure that when you submit your redemption that you provide us with your correct PayPal e-mail address, as we have found recently that sometimes PayPal addresses are not the same as those by which some of you choose to receive surveys from us.
Similarly, if you choose to receive your payments by cheque, once again the maximum amount of time it should take for you to receive your cheque is four weeks from the week of redemption. In most cases once again we will aim to get your cheques quicker than this. Cheques will only be sent to the address that you have registered with Rewarded Opinions, so please do make sure that all of your details are fully updated before making a redemption request.
Lastly, and possibly most importantly, when making your redemption please ensure that the redemption form is completed to the very end before closing the window. Otherwise your redemption may not be recognised and your payment may be delayed.
Naturally, if you have not received your payment after four weeks, please do not hesitate to contact us straight away.
We really value your contributions to our panel and we hope that the above clarifications help to answer the questions that we have been receiving.
Best Regards

[FONT="]As some of you will know, Elite Shopping Forum was a sister panel of Rewarded Opinions. This month we saw the merger of these two panels. Welcome to everyone that has joined us from Elite Shopping Forum. With the merger everyone will now have a greater opportunity to participate in a wider variety of surveys.
Rewarded Opinions is one of the longest established panels in the UK and thanks to your contribution in 2012 we conducted over a quarter million interviews. Your participation is what enables us to make Rewarded Opinions a continued success.
