Still no payment made to me yet. Received the automated response last week like others. Will have to try one of the email addresses mentioned. This used to be a good company but has really gone to the dogs now!0

Got my £20 paypal payment from rewarded opinions this morning. Requested on 10th June.0

Finally got my payment from Rewarded Opinions today too. Was requested on 27th May. Payment came from felipe.reyes@theidfactor.com0

Received my payment too today, though it has been nice to receive a lot of emails from them promising assistance (they were personal ones) after my previous email to them, which was posted here previously. Think it worried them, and looks like it did the trick. Shame you have to threaten organisations to get them to act, so often!0

I was silly and requested a cheque - not sure how long it will take.. could you give me an email address to contact them?0

I'd try felipe.reyes@theidfactor.com . There are others though - helpdesk@theidfactor.com and the parent company is info@progressivedigitalmedia.com
I believe.
Hope that helps.0 -
I have got an email from rewarded opinion in reply to the loads of emails i have sent them.
The email states that they cant find any recoed of me requesting payment.
I have a copy of the email they have sent me on 11/05/2011 confirming my request for payment.

Hi all.
Well i eventually got paid Friday into my Paypal account.
It took a few emails this week to and from theidfactor to get it sorted after 1st saying that i never requested payment but when i sent a copy of the email from them stating payment requested on 5/05/2011 they said they will now pay me.
I was expexting the usual 4-6 week wait but it took 2 days.
I think i may leave Rewarded Opinions after this but they pay per survey was good.

Hello to all,
I'd firstly like to Thank all members who have provided help and information regarding this matter.
Emma Norman is the person responsible to members, who must insist on speaking to her, and to be very firm with their comments about her company's behaviour.
They withheld payment from me for 3 months. My husband could see what was going on, and took control of the situation, speaking directly with Emma Norman, every excuse that she used to get out of the situation was deflected, and she was made to be accountable for abusing my trust. We did eventually get the cheque, and my husband got her to give me 1000 points compensation for which she wasn't prepared to offer. 100 points is what they're used to giving to members as a gesture of goodwill.
Emma Norman stated to my husband that she has been put in charge of sorting out the mess they find themselves in. Members must speak to her directly and to get an undertaking from her regarding your payment. Keep her on the phone until she relents. Get a date from her as to when you'll be paid, she has good intentions but, it would appear the director of accounts is fobbing her off as well. She's between a rock and a hard place, and she should and can do better.
You have to put her under a great deal of pressure. If Rewarded Opinions value you as a good member it is for them to set the example in good ethical conduct and good practices as a business. You have to wear her down until she gives you what you want. Be fair and reasonable but, they are the ones standing on one leg, they are the ones off-balance, so take advantage of the situation.
(We got the 1000 points from her as a gesture of goodwill, if her company wanted to keep me as a valuable member to perform future surveys.)
Be upstanding for your rights. Good Luck.
I hope this can be of help to other members.0
