I have had 2 cheque payments this year, so obviously they are still paying out.

I've had two Paypal payments this year, but hardly get any surveys now. I'm not that surprised to hear they're in trouble.
When they were Home of Research, they were my favourite survey company!

I requested payment by paypal on 11/05/2011 and i am still waiting.
I sent 5 emails to them and i have never got any back and they still keep sending me surveys to do.
Has anybody got a payment from them in the last week and if yes when was the payment requested.

I received a cheque payment on 1st July which was requested on 7th June.

I checked my Paypal account this morning and still no payment.
You got your cheque very quick.
The reason i opted for a Paypal payment was that i work away from home and sometime spend 3-4 weeks away and not easy to get to the bank to deposit a cheque so i thought it easy to get Paypal.
After reading some of the posts i think they may well be in trouble.

I refuse to do any more surveys from rewarded opinions , i had one this morning for 150 points,BUT ! i have completed four other surveys recently for a total of 300 points which have not been credited to my account.

i have emailed them four times without reply ,so it looks like i will have to surrender the money i have already accumulated and call it a day, as in dont think rewarded opinions is now a bona fide company,especially when it can show such a distinct lack of concern for its panel members problems, who, after all ,are the people who generate thier income

I am extremely worried about this panel, ive had payments in the past but my username does not seem to work anymore (maybe i am putting it in wrong) ive requested by email for my username quite a few times but they havent replied. Frustrating! Tried calling their phoneline on the website alot too and cannot get through. I want to get my cashout now im up to the threshold. They keep sending me surveys which i fill in but i cannot find out how to get my username as they only have a forgot your password button. Hopefully the panel is still paying out. It did used to be a great panel. Fingers crossed people!

Got a phone number for panel enquiries (not from the rewarded opinions website mind you!) you need to ask to be put through to rewarded opinions and they transfer you. i am going to get a call back today so fingers crossed they can find out why my username has disappeared off the face of the earth and let me cash out my points!

The phone number is 0207 936 6558 for anyone else experiencing non-replying of emails and non-answering of phone calls. Louise

Got an email with my username (i personally think they generated a new one as it isnt a username i recall using before!! ) but i have requested my points to be converted today so fingers crossed. It says processing will take 2-6 weeks via paypal. Louise

Hello everyone
Just joined today and interested in reading the threads. I too am having problems with Rewarded Opinions. I put in a request for a payout with PayPal on 17 May and still 8 weeks on have received nothing from them. I've messaged through their help desk 3 times this past fortnight and had no reply and 'phoned their number which just goes to a message box which is full. Judging by the fact that lots of us are getting these problems it seems that they have a problem. There is an address for them in London...Maybe it's time to turn up there and see if they're still there!
