Have spoken to someone on the phone 3 times this week. Yesterday, I was told that they will processing all outstanding requests for May and June this week.

Would have been good news if that were true.

I'm facing the same problem as most of you. As a result I have today sent the email below, and reported the matter as potential fraud. Hope it gets some results.

To: "info@progressivedigitalmedia.com" <info@progressivedigitalmedia.com>

Subject: Suspected fraud

Hi

Like many other panelists of Rewarded Opinions/Home of Research, I have been waiting for a payment for sometime (well past the date promised), as is outlined on https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3067388
. I have emailed the directly and also the ID Factor, which I believe you own. I have simply been asking for an update, and an acknowledgement, but not even this is provided. The company is still sending out surveys, but it looks like this is done on a fraudulent basis (offering rewards which are not real is, I believe fraud), which is why I have copied in email@actionfraud.org.uk (you can find further details of these on http://www.actionfraud.org.uk/

I trust that you will give a prompt reply, addressing my concerns, and also seek to post a message of reassurance on the forum above.

If you wish to address my personal payment issue, where you should have paid me between 2-6 weeks after 3rd June 2011. I use this email address, and my username is chriswa , and I am using the UK site.

To those at actionfraud.org.uk - should you have any further advice, I would be most grateful to receive this.

Thanks

Looks like someone there has finally got round to sending the template response. I got the exact same reply to my email from several weeks ago.

At this rate maybe we'll get the payments by Christmas. rolleyes.gif

I actually managed to speak to someone today at Rewarded Opinions who promised he would process my Paypal payment in the next 40 minutes.

40 minutes later - I got the money (although he did ask me not only for my account name and e-mail but my password too - no way was I giving him that).

There are 2 e-mails on my Paypal receipt if people want to e-mail them if they are still having problems

felipe.reyes@theidfactor.com
chara.callaghan@theidfactor.com

Hope this helps

I too am awaiting payment of £20.25 by Paypal from Rewarded Opinions that I requested on 27th May. Have sent numerous e-mails but had no replies! Funny thing is though they are still sending out surveys but I refuse to complete them until (if) I am paid. In fact I probably won't even bother with them even if they do pay me as I don't want to go through this hassle again!

Has anybody got paid yet.
I sent 10 emails off to the email addresses shown in FoxyRhino's post and 5 got sent back failed delivery.
Got automated response back but that was it.

I did get my payment a few days ago! Only took them 3 months. rolleyes.gif The payment came showing those same email addresses that foxyRhino listed.
