I requested a payment 6 weeks ago tomorrow and still haven't received it. It coincides with the '8 weeks' toluna say they will give you the vouchers by.... I can see both companies getting e-mails tomorrow evening!

I think the best way is to follow up your request. The best way is to ask. Sometimes, things are held up because of some reasons.

Same here. Asked for a paypal payment on June 6th - sent 2 emails to them but with no reply.

Just rang the number mentioned above and spoke to someone who said that they have been doing something with their software systems so know there is a delay. Took my e-mail address and said they would e-mail me tomorrow or ring me to let me know what is happening.

Will keep you informed.

I put in for a paypal payment on the 10-06-2011 still not recieved anything, I have also sent them a couple of messages and again nothing.

Have spoken to someone on the phone 3 times this week. Yesterday, I was told that they will processing all outstanding requests for May and June this week.

I have been following this for a while now.
Has anyone been paid for May's Pay-Pal redemption yet?.
I requested mine at that time and i am still waiting.
I have sent them 15 emails and i have not had a single one back which very bad for a company.
The requested amount is £45 which i was going to use towards a flight on Monarch to Spain later in the year.
