I am not a troll! Nor am I stupid...I just made some mistakes. I have not lied in court. I exagerated outstanding cots to the tenant so they would "get it" that they caused so much damage. I just want to know if I have good enough case given what I have reported and given my inventory situation. I am not a troll and I am not here to wind up anyone!0

I admit that I did treat the place like my home...it was until this filthy creatures showed up. My house was immaculate. It isn't after they left. I am mad. I am mad because I am out of pocket. I just want what is rightfully mine...that is the cost to fix my house. It is more than the deposit. I will sue. I just need to know how I can balance it in my favour given my inventory.0

I don't think you can tbh. And what did you mean by they questioned you too much?I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!0

They wanted to know all about my right to rent. Drove me crazy. I told them that and to not worry about my affairs and get the property cleaned up!0

You still don't get it, do you?
Quite honestly, with the very poor attitude you've demonstrated in this thread I really don't think you deserve anyone's help with your claim in court. You're patently not cut out to be a landlord, even a bad one, and I would advise you to get out of this profession right away before you cause yourself even more expense and heartache. Or find yourself in court facing a charge of harassment or worse0 -
He is trollingI am not a financial expert, and the post above is merely my opinion.:j0
