Had an email from lloyds today saying my order was likely to be delayed, and 'in a small number of cases this may be up to 10 days' - which is clever seeing as its already been over 10 days, still just saying 'inventory fulfilled' online so no idea when its likely to come. Really annoyingly I could have done with it last week as I had to unexpectedly go back to my folks and could have given everyone their presents as Im not going to see them again for a few months....

Think I have been really lucky all of my orders have arrived and all intact with nothing missing or damaged. I have one small order outstanding that seems to be stuck at "inventory fullfilled", just some kiddies stuff in that ideal for the summer holidays to keep the grandchildren occupied so I dont mind waiting.

Sorry to hear some people have had such a nightmare with their orders being cancelled, the orders I`ve received were placed on the first two days of the offer and paid mostly by paypal. The one I`m waiting for wasnt placed until the last weekend, not sure if that makes any difference or not.

I placed quite a big order on 28th Feb and received a depatch email last night. It didnt say how it was sent though.

It normally arrives with royal mail.

Mine arrives this morning, very pleased with it, despite the delay (order on 25th Feb)

Mine arrived with 8 items missing, nothing on the invoice to say pending etc.
Phoned CS who were very helpful, no more stock unfortunately, their error so refunding the difference.

Do check delivery, if large order like mine, could easily miss when things are missing. No face creams!

Lovely sale tho', look forward to the next one!

Order 28th delivered this am by Royal Mail. Status hadn't changed from 'fulfilled' so a nice surprise. Two EDP items OOS and no notification of amended price so rang and was told £10 being refunded. Think I've worked out how they arrived at that figure, but happy anyway to get 7 fragrances, two dove gift sets and six others for £36!

You wouldn't believe it - just had a delivery of 7 of the missing items!

Phoned CS to update them so they could take payment back, and they have said they have already refunded me and as a gesture of goodwill i can keep the extra items!!

How wonderful is that, i am buying goods for the school PTA so they will really appreciate.
