OMG, keep me away from LLoyds! Please. My first order arrived today and I got three free creams! Given them out to people at work.
When I was out on business earlier, i pulled in to get a sandwich and the sandwich shop was next door to a LLoyds!!!!!
I had to go in, the shop assistant was lovely, very helpful and friendly and offered to price check stuff for me without asking. I got some Dove sets, but did sell them on at work, because I felt bad!
Still makes me want to go to another Lloyds to see what I can find!
Big up LLoyds in Kettering and the very friendly employee!Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0 -
I got 5 leaflets about free cream but no free cream!0

Ohh nooooo!... I did it again! lol
Just could not resist after my one small order , all present and correct and found myself back on there after resisting for so long...
Just thought it might be my last chance to grab something on the BOG2F
So yep - Just my second small order coz I HAVE actually been GOOD ( esp to resist for this long! lol )
Not much left on there of course - Just some of the more expensive gift sets but managed to get some of the male small gift sets for £1 for 3 and £1.50 for 3 and some of the So Organics stuff which I find pretty good and nice and gentle on my skin - So semi stocked up
Its a no brainer at those prices I reckon!!!0 -
I called Lloyds asking where my order was and they said 'oh sorry, its all gone out of stock' I said that when I ordered over the phone the stock was checked and it was all ok but they just said, its now oos  I then said that it has been paid for over 2 weeks ago and they said oh ok we will organise a refund
Sorry Lloyds but I will certainly never be ordering again.

I can't check status of order Online as I didn't register an account with them.

So annoyed, i ordered £41 of stuff after the 3 for 1 discount, on the first day of this deal, and today got a paypal refund for £14. I logged on to Lloyds site to check, there are now only 5 items left in my order, so I've been charged for 3 of them and only 2 free, plus I've been charged postage, which was free before as my order was over £40! And it's been despatched so I can't cancel. :mad:Addicted to moneysaving! :rotfl:0

I emailed them last night as I had ordered on the 28th Feb and again on the 2nd March to ask about when I would receive my items. They are taking longer to despatch, as I have just received the following email:
Dear ,
Thank you for your e-mail.
Please accept my apologies with the delay of your order. Your order is being processed but due to the extremely high volume of orders that we received during the 3 for 1 offer that we had online, there has been a delay with despatch. We usually advise 3-5 working days for delivery of orders, however with the volume of orders that we have received we are now advising customers that delivery may take 10 - 14 working days. I will contact our warehouse and try to speed the despatch of your order and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards.
Please God, help me stop spending!0
