This is happening to me too & when I try & access the basket it goes to a page with a grid on & then jumps back. I have given up now (after trying for 10 days!) & have started haunting the local shop - I'm sure they think I'm a potential shoplifter :rotfl:Did manage to get 2 lynx twisted gift sets & a dove gift set for £4.99 which were on a reduced shelf not the 3 for1 display, So get the SA to try putting bits through the till, mind you it didn't work for any of the fragrances

Went online & ordered lots & lots today ,already had email saying items despatched ,cant wait,thats all my christmas shopping done now,(I keep saying that,then see another great bargain & cant resist),really need to stay off this site :T

I got my 2nd and last Lloyds order through last week. All present and correct. I am really impressed with the John Frieda boxes. They are much bigger than I expected and will make lovely presents. I have given some bits to my sister as she has just become a single parent and this will help her out greatly. No more orders to come though. Thanks again OP.

A huge thank you to the OP. Just got three boxes from nice City Link man. I ordered on 26th February. I am stocked up for parties and kids' birthdays. I cannot believe the whole order got here. I am just sad that I didn't log on before last Saturday as missed out on all the perfume sets. I think these things will make a lot of kids very happy.

I just wish when things were OOS they were removed from the list.

I also had the same problem with my basket and had to contact CS (I set up a new account before they sorted it though).

My order just says inventory fulfilled so not too sure when I'll actually get it.

My 2 orders were delivered today, everything present and correct, thank you to the OP I had never heard of this site, so christmas presents for this and next year well sorted. Hope everyone else is as happy, and that any probs get sorted speedily. Off now to squirrel them away from prying eyes. x

Well I ordered last week, order still showing as 'inventory fufilled' although Im not in any huge rush for it....praying it wont turn up when OH is home so I can hide it all from him...Ordered enough for a few treats for me and presents for my family for the year Basket still isnt working on my account, reckons I have £30 worth of stuff in there!
