Not had anything delivered as yet - rang CS this afternoon and had 2 despatch emails by 5.30pm. Wish I'd ordered stuff for me, not just for kids .... might just have to have another look!

Thanks OP I am one happy bunny! Even though it was a small order 2* Aqua Di Gioia 1*CoolWater picked u from the Post Office today which were orderered early ours of Thursday morning.

After reading everything on here I hadn't bothered phoning CS as I knew they were telling people about the delays.
Happy to see a dispatch email arrive this afternoon though!

plus they def had stuff on the shelf i have bought elsewhere in 3 for 1 promotion and they insisted it wasn't in the offer here or was more expensive eg halle berry, burberry, kate moss

ps none of my other deliveries have arrived and Cs have told me to stop ringing and chasing my missing items so much as its confusing them

Tut, I hate it when SA are like that. Hopefully you will get someone nicer next time you go in. In one that I went in last weekend, there was obv a staff member with family members/friends that had all the working staff bringing perfumes and sets out and wouldn't let me anywhere near them until they'd got all the good ones

I've got stacks of stuff now due to this, Boots 75% sales, ASOS glitches and other small cost glitches/offers, they're in storage boxes all over the house and we're hoping to move four hours away in summer, so why oh why do I still feel the need to get to as many stores as I can in case I'm missing out on things?? :wall:

ah thanks for your comments, actually my hubby wants us to move nearer to where he works and i keep making excuses-it would mean i def have to declutter and expose all my hidden goodies!!:rotfl:

Mine 'arrived' today ... I had a card put through the day before saying they would try again today but no parcel and no card today .. so went online to Citylink and it had been delivered NEXT DOOR but with no card - NOTHING telling me!!!

Some items were damaged so am going to ring them tomorrow but on the whole OF COURSE very pleased at those prices - Just one small order for £13 as am on a tight budget but worked out @ approx £1 per item even for some lovely gift sets etc! :-)

So a happy bunny and glad I actually managed to get some items while they were in stock and the sluggish site was WORKING!

I made a order on the 23rd and it was delivered on 28th (i think)
I made another order on the 25th & ive not even had a dispatch email:( anyone still waiting for orders ordered around that time?
Im waiting for 4 orders in total the other 2 were placed on the 1st mrch so not to worried about them.

These were items i had put into my basket before the sale started , mysteriously vanished when the sale started, completed one order wed night then these suddenly appeared out of nowhere on thurs, included 3 kelly brook sets, 6 john freida and 6 robots and 9 lynx sets-not that bothered about the other items but really wanted the john freida:(:(:(

My OH had a similar issue where she placed an order on the 25th, payment taken but order left in a pending state - whatever that means.

So - she's gutted since after a week she didn't know what was happening with the order - no emails or anything. After making contact ended up with one item she ordered and others she didn't very disappointed stock showed/items in basket and able to checkout when later told no stock avaiable.

Well done to all those that got what they ordered!
