received my order but it only had 2 after sun lotion and a free face cream. just phoned customer services and they said thats because they came from the pharmacy and the rest of my order has to come from the warehouse. and it is in its way. i got my dispatch email on tuesday saying it had been sent out, hopefully the rest of it will arrive today x0

bargainhuntress wrote: »I too placed orders in wee small hours Thurs/Fri - one for school fairs etc, one with bits for party bags and 2 with extras for essentials/pressies etc. All saying fulfilled.... Now my daughter has asked for build a bear party (using £9 voucher per kid??) in which case won't need all the party bags stuff as can only invite a few girls and they get to keep the bears! Hence wouldn't mind if it was cancelled!! Typical!
Hi I hope you dont mind me asking but what are the 9pound vouchers for build a bear?0 -
Few more things added. I had lots of trouble ordering originally but managed to get a few things and some cheap shower gels etc. The Kath Kidston baby stuff wasn't originally (other than the soap) in B1G2F but is now. Few Christmas gifts bought for kids too and something for thekids at postpals too
Lets see if it gets delivered?????0 -
I just placed another big order - Baylis and Harding sets, baby skittles, batteries and some other toys so really pleased. The stock seems to come and go all the time.0

I got my 1st 2 orders delivered this morning, minus my 2 thomas the tank puzzle books (the main reason for my 2nd order!!) it says they will refund for these but only 1 x £2 has been refended...this plus an over-charge (albeit small) on both orders means an e-mail to customer services!!! Am still really happy with all my bargains though, lots of bday and xmas bits sorted now0

Yes - I knw what you mean.... pre-xmas I had a few parcels delivered by the same guy... embarrassing enough, but a few left with my neighbour.. "shopping again"... he'd say... was praying he wouldn't mention how many to hubby! :rotfl:0 -
Pity my City Link man - three flights of stairs to my flat. Same man every time. I've warned him we will be seeing a lot of each other over the next couple of weeks. My neighbours are already talking (about the deliveries - I hope!
). I even felt I had to explain to one of them. I said I was having a bulk delivery from chemist of Aloe Vera juice for my IBS, and it was coming in dribs and drabs (the order, not the IBS).
I did order 9 (saving over £55) but they will think I have a very big IBS problem when they see him bringing huge boxes another five times!
I'm even tempted to place another order as I have stuff in my basket - can't seem to stop adding it, even though I said I wouldn't order any more! I've slept on it - didn't want to be too impetuous, but I've been so pleased with what I've had up to now, so it is tempting.“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0
