If you tell them you've now received the missing items they may let you keep them without charge as lot of work involved their end to rectify. I think I read a post where this has happened already - and I know other firms do this rather than have all the hassle. Also, your conscience would be clear!

Hi, an update of my undelivered returned order,

It has just arrived :Tbut the only reason the man new it was for me was he was delivering another parcel from another supplier , it is addressed to number 19 which is 100yds down on the other side of the street so he had tried to deliver it last week but no-one at the address knew who it was for so had been returned to lloyds and lloyds sent it out again to number 19 (i live at 16):mad:
He checked my other order on his tappy machine and he said its there now so I can go to depot and collect it myself or have it delivered by them on Monday so decisions decisions what should I do now I know its there its a 20 min drive there

CS cancelled order. Two of the three things still available but not worth ordering if paying for delivery. No sign of promised refund yet.

This happened with my order, it was addressed to a house down the road, luckily they knew me so sent the delivery man my way. I was quite annoyed anyone could have accepted it and I would never have known :eek:

same here, but my parcel was addressed to ****** court instead of ****** close, which is another address nearby, but somehow it still got to the right place (think city link worked it out by the looks of the labels)
guess the poor folks in lloyds warehouses are so rushed off their feet they are getting rather mixed up...

Had a dispatch email today from my 1st March order.... it also arrived today (when I wasn't in). That is a quick dispatch process or somebody hasn't been sending the emails out!

i just had a email as they have refunded me £1,have emailed & asked for a breakdown in the prices,nothing i ordered was £1.

Did you order 3 X £3 items?

That would account for the £1 if 1 item was missing..
