I've called CS twice Now. Fobbed off both times. Told there was an issue with the pharmacist, then that They'd call back. The last call was them saying 'It should be despatched sometime this week.. Then she ended the call with 'Hold on i will just go find your tracking number and call you back with it'
Of course the call Never came. Still No Parcel and still no half decent Answer from Llloyds!

have you placed a large order? if so, judgin by most people's experiences, it'd be probably coming via city link... you could try calling them (city link) to ask if they have any parcels outstanding for you (as you said someone was saying they would get you a tracking number) and if so they can give you a tracking number

Ahh No see the CS woman just contradicted herself. Told me it wasn't despatched then forgot and said she'd call me back with the tracking number. Everyone is saying how good Cs have been but in my experience they have been terrible I'll give it a few more days and then demand a refund me thinks!

oh dear, so sad that they have ballsed your order up... keep calling them if i were you, ask to speak to someone in charge if they exist, finger x'd they can still throw some semblance of an order together for you even if they have gone out of stock of most things...

my order was placed in March and I have had a dispatch e-mail. It hasnt arrived yet, but everyday Im hopeful.

I called AGAIN.. Was told this time that my order ALTHOUGH PLACED ON THE 25TH! Wasn't looked at until the 7th! So hasnt been actually 'processed properly as of yet' They are getting out orders placed on the 4th the woman said. Told me all items were in stock apart from some STRESSLESS vitamins?! SOOO with any luck in a few days my order will be here via citylink!
