received my order yesterday only 1 item out of 3 turned up so nothing free......! rang CS who were going to ring me back but didnt, rang again today and the lady said she would check to see if there were any other Cath Kidston items left in the warehouse, she called back to say only a baby set which i didn't want. She then said as i had ordered in good faith the 3 items she would refund the full order. So i have now got a hand wash and hand lotion cath kidston set for free !!!0
