They've totally cocked up anyway and refunded me £125
which was the total cost of the order, she was supposed to only refund £10. Definitely couldn't have THAT on my concsience.

Mine arrived today and Im over the moon :j

I ordered 2 V&A hot water bottles for my mum and MIL birthdays and they are gorgeous! WOuld highly recommend them.

In total, 12 items for Birthdays, Easter and xmas for the grand total of £28.92 delivered. The space binoculars were marked ups as £20 alone pre-sale. All in all, a very good deal - thank you Lloys for ANOTHER cracking sale :beer:

I have called them twice now. First time was told there was an issue with the Pharmacist and they'd call back (NEVER DID CALL BACK).
And again this morning And was told that my order is not despatched as of yet and they quoted the 10 day thing.. I told them i Ordered the 25th!!! And was told that their system showed the order as the 7th of this Month. Ridiculous. Was told she'd try to call back with a tracking number (yet 25 seconds before had told me it hadnt been despatched) And again No call back...
I ordered about 195.00s worth and total came to £45 something.. Included Tens machines! Would quite like my order Now..

im not sure if im correct but at a guess i would say its the girls purses and the other item you brought for £3 as 3 items for £3 so one item missing so refund £1 so you paid £2 for the two remaining items? as i said just a guess but thats how i think they could have worked it out. hth

Got my second order today, then an hour later received the 'order despatched' email lol.
I ordered the Sanderson cosmetic bags, which are nice and will make lovely gifts. Also got the B&H mens set, Thomas wash set, and a few other bits plus a free face cream. Am very happy
Apart from the time issue, I would not hesitate to order from LP again, thanks OP x

Hmm, well having been told last week that orders from 2nd March (my order date) were being processed, I'd still heard nothing.

So rang again just now. Although my online status still shows as 'Inventory fulfilled' my order has finally been despatched :T

They gave me the Royal Mail tracking number so hopefully it will be with me shortly!
