My favourite sub was this week. I had ordered the valentine meal deal for £10 and when the order arrived, the dessert had been substituted so the offer hadnt kicked in and i was charged £23.99 for the meal including a £10.99 bottle of wine. The driver told me to keep it and gave me a refund for the entire meal! Very happy with that.:j0

Lol, how on earth is that a suitable sub, i sometimes wonder if the shoppers use common sense.0 -
So many posters have cheered me up, especially the Twix one, I spilt my drink. There was about another 3-4 that brought tears to my eyes. Keep them coming, PLEASE!!0

im pretty sure they are the same thing, and the driver agreed too lol.
Quite right, however sometimes the team pad won't recognise a new bar code on a product ,so we have to put it in as a "not on shelf", scan the product as a sub, and you get the correct product in a round about way xxWins in 2013 - Jan - Heinz No Noise Ketchup.0 -

Just had our online delivery....ordered dietry specials gluten free brown ciabatta rolls, they were subbed for Tesco free from double chocolate mini rolls.
Hardly suitable for putting meatball marinara in
The delivery lady let us keep the sub tho and refunded us the price as it was quite daft as their are plenty of other gf bread/roll options.0 -
I'd love to shop online but I love wandering the aisles with a massive list too much. So what I do is my shopping on mysupermarket.com, to compare prices and find deals, then copy my online list onto paper and go to my nearest supermarket. Taking the exact money with me
My my mum used to shop online, and they subbed Quorn mince with real beef mince :wall:0 -
I ticked the No Substitutions please box and reading this lot I'm glad I did !0
