the strange £3 item should be a packet of ham. i dont know why its blank like it is. it was £1.80 at asda, so technically they still owe me £2.40. Worth a quick phone call i think :-)
Definitely! Well done, hopefully everyone will start doing this to bring down this complete sham!
Nice - it's pretty much paid for that entire shop in one fell swoop :T :money:0 -
even if there cheaper overall, do they still do dtd on items they are dearer on?DEC GC £463.67/£450

Same here, they said they couldnt compare 1.5kg value bananas which asda sell, 800g lamb chops - again asda sell - give up checking after that.... feel like its a big con.....0 -

BTW - has anyone come up as Tesco dearer yet?
Yes - twice! Tesco apologised profusely and said they will try to do better next time (not if I have aanything to do with it !!!). Mind you, mine was a very 'careful' shop.ELITE 5:2

It appears to be the overall cost.
Also, I have successfully used a CO-OP conditional spend coupon without affecting the result. I used my first Tesco guarantee coupon today (£14 ish) - the SA had not heard about the scheme , only the Asda one, called a supervisor who said it was a few months since she'd had one so was unsure (clearly confused again with the Asda scheme), finally got someone from CS who just scanned the coupon without even looking at my original receipt. I would guess they work on the self scan although it may alert a staff member to check it. So I will be returning the fabric conditioner which was half the price in Asda (I saw it on the shelf) but Tesco said they couldn't find!
I have just received my second coupon for just under £29 and am awaiting my 3rd lot of results. I quite like this new game!!!ELITE 5:2
