That is a good one Courgette. You must have saved a fortune if you are anything like me. ;)

But then, i was a bit naughty and i got back so late i couldn't be doing with cooking, so DH spent £7.70 at the F and C shop. Oops. I did reach 10,000 steps though today, so i feel it was earned after an energetic game of footie with the DSs and my nephew. They ganged up on me i tell you.

Not even 9 am and it's going well.

Woke to find out that I'd sold a book on GM and I'd been paid. Apart from posting the book it will be a NSD.

    Morning all. :)

Have any of you good folks tried Sing Bingo? You join (NO DEPOSIT NEEDED) and they give you £10.00 to play with. I won £40 on Bingo...to withdraw it you need to have made a deposit, so I deposited £5 and withdrew my winnings and deposit immediately and today £45 has arrived back in my bank account. So £40 from nothing. If you are already members ignore me...if not it's worth a bash before they pull the free tenner offer.

    !

Hhhm...works out cheaper for me NOT to buy people chocs for pressies....I've had to re-buy boxes twice before now :o

Working from home today so will save approx. £4.50 in petrol by not travelling to work (but I will have to charge phone and run laptop off MY leccy)

Nothing else planned/to report. Should be a NSD today

    Happy Friday!

I cycle to work saving me £140 per month. I also gave up drinking two years ago and now when I go out I drink soda water and blackcurrant which costs me 35p a pop. I dont eat Junk food which is expensive and nutritionally very poor = bad value for money ;) plus usually made in poor hygiene conditions. This carries on to sweets and chocolate.

I gave up membership of gym and got my own weights and educated myself about the best routines and how to keep myself motivated.

Oh and I also take my own lunch in and dont eat nutritionally poor food as that is a waste of money.

I look after the pennies and the pounds look after themselves! :D
    [STRIKE]£106,200[/STRIKE] mortgage with 5% deposit 2 years ago on 6.99% 04/06/08

    Overpaid 10% £10,619.87 Dec 2010 & 10% £9,475 Aug 2011
    Mortgage was £690 now £560 :D
    Currently £85,203 - 71% LTV 26/08/11

I can't be bothered updating this anymore
