    Today I:
    • Received my expenses from work, so paid them straight into the mortgage - that's £38.92 extra paid off now
    • Earned 25p on Onepoll
    • Saw that we finally had a refund from a camera that we returned a few weeks ago. That reduces our credit card bill by about £100 so that means we should be in for a good month spend-wise.
    • Had dinner delivered by my mum as she made a huge casserole! Combining that with leftover mash from last night for a yummy dinner
Now off to do some dooyooing, if I can think of anything to review!

It's been a good MFW day here.
    • Beautiful day, so i got a couple of washloads out on the line, less electric to dry on airer with dehumidifier or TD
    • Onepoll was great - 80p, now at £37.05. So close but so far.
    • Won a full house on bingo.
    • did a tol survey
    • mysurvey was up to a £5 redeem so i claimed an amazon voucher.
    • wrote a dooyoo review.
    • cooked roast chicken dinner. From a small chicken we used one breast and one leg, so still have 2 takeaway tubs of meat, and one slowcooker for stock/soup. I filled the oven and roasted some veg for pasta sauce for tomorrow and also made a big batch of veg and lentil soup. My diet lunch for the week.
    • played out with the kids for a couple of hours this afternoon. Cheap entertainment and less electric being used, free vitamin D from the sun.

    - Payslip came through from exam marking :) but no money from this yet in my account :( (at least its on its way!)

    - left money at home so couldn't buy any chocolate! :D
  • Chamichelle - how long did it take you to get to £37? I'm at £6 but it seems to have taken over a month to get there!
    I've done:
15p on onepoll and that's it.
Oh, am trying to live without any cash between now and next week, which is a challenge - but helps keeps overheads low :)

I joined last December, but i have had a few friend referrals in that. I can't remember exactly how many, but at least 4. I am also able to look a lot during the day to see if there are any polls and usually get over 50p per day.

I reckon this thread will get us all to start sitting in darkened rooms with blankets over ourselves soon!!!:D But I know what you mean about the TV - my OH has it as "background music" - it was on for several hours yesterday whilst he was doing something else until I turned it off muttering something about the electricity bill/mortgage saving. :)

    Today so far:

    * cycled to job centre and back, saving parking/travel costs (but was then so hungry I bought a pastie :o to eat before cycling home... and a drink. Will take a lunchbox to the next appt!)
    * arranged for my interview in London to not be in the morning so I can travel off-peak, saving some money
    * got only the cheese I needed in Mr S and some tom. puree and resisted other goods.
    * rated someone on dooyoo
    I have also:
    * got screened out on Tol several times so voted on polls instead - mostly other people's ones and created a new opinion and poll.
    * got my parents to register for the free OWL meter offer on grabbit to help them reduce their consumption (when DH and I visit them we spend all our time turning lights off in empty rooms, TV off etc etc)
    * made dinner from stores rather than popping out for more ingredients (should have taken list to town)
Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.
