I forgot my online shopping session yesterday!:
* googled for ideas for new bathroom scales, checked retailers like Argoose and the direct catalogue prices for Mr A & T as well as google shopping for prices. Boots came out cheapest so I went via TCB for cashback, earnt Boots points and used a cashback CC to pay! I also got a Boots advertised discount on other basket items (again did a price comparison before adding them in). Took quite a while to do the shop but I spent £83, earnt ~332 boots points, £4.94 TCB, saved £6.94 through the Boots code on my other items and qualified for free delivery, saving me the cost of going to a Boots store to get my items!
* my other bit of shopping was cheapest at Amaz0n so paying using TCB vouchers.
Total spent £94 but £11 in vouchers not cash, plus a total of £8 "back" in Boots points and TCB cashback :TDebt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -

DH and I transfered £14.7k to the mortgage, we are now maxed out without paying 3% fee on any further OPs. Do we keep OPing and take the hit or put it in the bank till next year?
It depends on interest rates. Which is the highest out of 3%, your mortgage rate and your savings rate?Mortgage Free 22/03/17

Has anyone seen/played the 'Spin to Win' on Nectar's facebook page?? Thousands of points to be won every day apparently ~ will have to have a mosey on over
Thanks for this.. i'm very much tempted but if i save all my vouchers from surveys then it will be free so i will have to keep away from the "add to bag" button for now and do a lot more surveys!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Everyone seems to be talking about nectar lots. How do you get involved in the nectar ads and surveys?Mortgage free wannabee 2022 #820

At the moment the only way I collect nectar points is to search using the Nectar search bar, which you can download onto your computer and do Nectar Canvass surveys.
The search bar only earns you 50 points a month max.
There was a thing called Adpoints a few months back but this was only a trial and as far as i'm aware it hasn't restarted, again you could only earn something like 450 point in one month.
It;s not great amounts of points but it adds up to a bit off your shopping or off Amaz0n vouchers etcMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

did a msytery shop but now need to wait 10 days to complete report and get paid. only few quid but not bad as was only sending an email.0
