    Today for me:

    * banked 2 cravendale codes - half way to my second jar, looks like I'll end up owning tea and sugar, but run out of time to get coffee!
    * checked my gypsy caravan dorset cereal codes - no prizes, as usual.
    * did my daily spins - again no wins
    * hung washing outside and doing some housework
    * ate some disgusting microwaved rice flavoured with salad cream - anything to use up something so vile :(
Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.

    Happy Easter Everyone!

This Easter Weekend I have -

    * Been at parents since Wednesday night, eating their food (but have give them some cash towards this) ;)

    * Got pampered at a lovely health spa on Maundy Thursday courtesy of a voucher I got for Xmas :)

    * Got meat for BBQ from a local butcher which was MUCH cheaper than rip off supermarkets and tasted MILES better. Interestingly, since this new butchers has opened he has been really busy and people have commented how better his stuff tasted than the supermarket meats. I like the idea of taking custom away from supermarkets and helping out smaller, local businesses, like it used to be years ago.

    * Found 13p over the last 2 days on various pavements :D

    * Done a few clicks & surveys

    * Ate and drank far too much, need to get back to eating better when I get home!

I made a MASSIVE rhubarb crumble (enough for 5 of us for 2 days and big helpings too) from a rhubarb plant that was 'liberated' by us from a derelict site about to be cleared for house building about 5 years ago. It has obviously appreciated our rescue mission as it has kept us plentifully supplied with rhubarb ever since!
  • Evening everyone.

Today has been a no spend day. I think it helped that the shops were closed :D
Its a shame they can't be closed every Sunday (and yes, I do work in retail) :o

    Back to work tomorrow

    Have a good one

I had all of yesterday off and most of today, though this evening i have:
    • played free bingo - won nothing
    • done a yougov survey for 50p, so now at £33
    • surveynetwork survey for 80p
    • maximiles survey for 100, plus clickthrough for 5.
    • Written one 60p review for DY
    • copied a review from DY to Ciao - no idea how to use Ciao really but i hear it pays out quicker and i could do with that. I'm sure i will get into the swing.
We had a lovely BBQ today, and we are going to spend tomorrow liberating some space in the garden to plant a rhubarb crown and some raspberry canes. We are replacing boring green evergreen shrubs with colour and usefulness. Yum. Thankfully tomorrow is due to be only 19 degrees so it should be ok to be gardening.

Got up at 6.15 am, and went to another car boot sale,
    spent £11 and got ....

    2 baking trays
    1 colinder for the caravan

    then for me ...
    2 summer tops
    1 cardigan
    1 dress (river island)
    nail varnish
    handbag

    for my daughter
    2 dresses (river island)
    1 top

    for my son
    3 t shirts (top shop)
    :T:T:T

Then got home to discover I have made £10.50 on ebay this morning , so nearly a no spend day after all :rotfl:.
