Last night was another bad night sleep wise. Think I finally got to sleep on the sofa at 3am :(.

Tonight I am attempting to sleep on the airbed in the front room. Must be more comfy than the sofa surely.

Did the shopping after picking up OH from the station. We had £25 worth of shopping that, thanks to the wonder of vouchers, I managed to get down to £10.63 :T. OH was amazed when the guy read out the total.

    Night everyone

Hugs :( xxx airbeds are comfy to a certain point! Great news about the shopping...those savings will be going up soon x :)

    Hi everyone

Sorry I haven't posted for a bit. Still trying to get over this damn cold and cough. It was starting to get better but I went to the hospital Monday and had to do some breathing tests which have now made me worse . I also had the nurse from hell who took blood from me but was very heavy handed and has really hurt my arm. I can't lift anything heavy with it and it's badly bruised.

Still, on the bright side, the guy who took my chest x-ray was gorgeous!! :rotfl:

Don't you hate that, some nurses are so awful at taking blood

Good news on the chest x-ray guy though! ;):rotfl:

    Thanks Beccie and Lou :A

The worst possible thing that could have happened has happened - OH has caught my cold

He is dying. I mean literally dying. I don't think he will survive too long. It has taken its hold on him and his body is failing. I hate seeing him suffer in such an horrific way. :(

OH is still putting on the dying duck act. He has gone sick from work and it's times like this that I wish I didn't work from home. I have come to my mum's for a bit of peace and quiet.

Seriously, why do most men think they are dying when they have a simple cold whereas women generally just get on with it? I'm not being sexist by the way, I know that some men get on with it and some women can't cope.

OH said last night 'I want to die'. I'm not kidding! Talk about melodramatic.

Thanks for that :rotfl: - that was hilarious and exactly what OH is like. Every so often he lets out this pathetic little wimper and then tells me 'you don't know what it's like'. No, of course not, I've only got Cystic Fibrosis. Nothing compared to what you are going through :wall:
