Update on the presents, I've got £80 in cash, a Jane Norman black jacket and a white glittery cardigan. I also got some posh shampoo & conditioner and a cuddly seal from niece (she picked the seal).

Should be able to fulfil my clothing needs with that

Hi everyone

Back from town and spent £9.48 of my money. Sent off for my cinema card (£5.50) and got 2 tops for £1.99 each from New Look. Couldn't find anything in Debenhams to spend my gift card on, so will have to save that for another day. Will spend the other £70 on eBay (well, £30 already spent but OH is giving me some money towards that).

Just tucked into my chocolate birthday cake :T

Off out for drinks tonight so be back tomorrow.

Morning

Nice sunny day again here. It's up early again for me as OH is back at work. I don't mind as much when the sun is shining though. We went out for drinks last night (I don't drink alcohol because of all my medication, so no hangover for me) and I got some No7 stuff and a box of chocolates.

Off to the bank when they open to put in my birthday money so I can pay for my eBay stuff. I don't think OH has any money, so am not expecting him to give me any towards it yet. So I have £40 left to get the clothes I need. Starting to regret buying 3 skirts as I have loads. Never mind. The stuff I do need is:

2 pairs of jeans
a belt
a black bolero/shrug
a black pair of sandals (although I have my eye on some silver ones )
a dressy top

Mustn't forget that I have my £20 Debenhams gift card too. I could easily get at least one of those on there.

Anyway, must get to work. Be back later.

I have signed up to the 100 day challenge and am using it to pay my mum off. It would be great to do it by the beginning of August, but it is £20 a day and I am trying to figure out ways to get there. I think if I split it into £100 chunks, it may seem more manageable.

So far, my ideas include:

Earn £5 a week from Onepoll = at least £80 (2 payouts - first payout only £5.55 away).

Earn £50 from New Vista (currently at £29.50).

Try to get £100 cashback from Quidco in the 100 days (and hope it pays out in time - currently tracking £4).

Earn £200 from mystery shopping

Sell £100 worth of stuff on eBay (not as easy as it sounds, as I have very little of value to sell).

£70 from Jackpot Joy (I seem to do quite well on the free game on there)

So that is all I have at the moment, but it's over a quarter of the way there. I've said £70 for Jackpot Joy so that it levels out at £600.

Anyone got any other ideas?
