i really can't understand why the bank pay up for some quickly and keep others waiting, if it costs that much when they have to defend etc why don,t they just pay up, i really am getting fed up of playing a waiting game, i am.... yet again going through the stage of ...can't be bothered with it. its like being on a roller coaster of emotions.0

Its so annoying i too am getting to that point now and to discover i have been charged since my orginal claim has made me more angry! I dont think i can be ar*ed with going through all this again i feel really deflated today!
I dont understand why some have been settled sooner when they seemed to have claimed after - they just doesnt seem to have any set procedure they have to follow.
I suppose i have been told i have an offer therefore should consider myself lucky however i am still waiting for it in writing and thats annoying me even more now!LBM - April 2007Claimed back my bank charges from Natwest - £1196Halifax Credit Card Claiming £467.35 Rec £467.35!/Capital One Card Claiming - £523.92/Barclaycard Claiming - £403.58 Rec £403.58/MBNA Claiming - £584.37 Rec£584.37Proud to be dealing with my debtsUpdate: 2009 - Currently claiming £1900 from Natwest0 -

Yeah but then how long do you have to wait for them to acknowledge your acceptance and actually put the money back into your account - it could go on forever!LBM - April 2007Claimed back my bank charges from Natwest - £1196Halifax Credit Card Claiming £467.35 Rec £467.35!/Capital One Card Claiming - £523.92/Barclaycard Claiming - £403.58 Rec £403.58/MBNA Claiming - £584.37 Rec£584.37Proud to be dealing with my debtsUpdate: 2009 - Currently claiming £1900 from Natwest0 -

0800 working, I am on hold, they have a special option for charge complaints! lolWe’ve had to remove your signature because your opinion differs from ours.
