hi all..
I rang customer relations today to get an update on my claim..
rang 0800 number..out of service..
rang 0845 number... no use at all..
i asked her did she receive my email sent 3rd may ..she replied..' we dont answer emails..dont know where you got that address from but we dont receive or send emails..
totally hacked off i then rang FO and they said they cannot get involved untill natwests 56 days is up as by law they have 56 days to respond..
natwest were worse than useless today..they claim they dont receive emails and they claim that my letter sent recorded on 25th april is not yet in their system as they are so busy! as this letter was my LBA..im going to claim wth MCOL this week.
they say they only have my 1st letter dated 12th april..
I get told different things each time i ring!!
I too am totally hacked off with natwest i am still waiting for a letter off them regarding my offer which apparently was made back in March - I have read other peoples success stories and it appears some of them have had a rapid response to their claim - whilst mine seems to be no where in sight! Im sick of waiting around for them and like you i hear different things everytime i ring!
I emailed further charges over to them and looks like now i am going to have to waste yet more time and money to send them recorded to top it all off i have just looked at my account and been charged another £70!! this week

twatwest..hahaha!!
I have heard previously that people have been succesful in emailing them and now i think what they told me today is just another stalling tactic!
I will print out my email and send it to them!!
They are getting worse arnet they??
The FO couldnt help me today b'cos like i said it has to be 56 days before they can intervene but what they were interested in is the fact that my 1st letter went out on 12th april and i still have had no correspondence or acknowledgement at all from natwest!!
More and more people must be emailing and this is natwests latest story!!!
I have AGAIN rang customer relations and demanded that i speak to somebody in charge about this email thing and i was told somebody would ring me back within 7 days!!
PATHETIC!!!
thanks for all your responses and sorry for going on just really p****d off with their latest story!!
It took me ages to prepare that email and i know they \re completely lying!
thanks again

Im waiting on the gf to open a parachute account before i can enter the details with Moneyclaim otherwise a payment and no account.
She filled out the online application on saturday morning after me nagging her, a little over a week late i guess.
Im away for 3 weeks with work in cyprus on the 15th, so maybe best to hold off till im back incase they send her letters etc asking for infomation as ive been dealing with all this, she has just been signing the letters.
Its only for £198, so not a killer, but that will pay the provident rip off loan she has at 177%.

Just spoke to natwest, they have my first letter on file from the 4th april, but said they have 8 weeks to reply.
The 2nd letter for the 14days runs out tomorrow for the court threatening action, i mentioned that i was ringing up to see if we could sort this out easier but was fobbed off. I said that i would be filing the claim tomorrow and she was not bothered about it.
The charges come to £198, ive not included interest nor court charges on this.
Do i need to inform them of the new total amount to claim back.?
Am i ok to just file this now, and put it to bed.?
What else needs doing.?0 -

Thanks for that i did have the 0800 015 4212 number but ive just found the other one 0845 3030 456 which seems to be answered alot faster. (Still got fobbed off though about how much time they have to respond!) :mad:LBM - April 2007Claimed back my bank charges from Natwest - £1196Halifax Credit Card Claiming £467.35 Rec £467.35!/Capital One Card Claiming - £523.92/Barclaycard Claiming - £403.58 Rec £403.58/MBNA Claiming - £584.37 Rec£584.37Proud to be dealing with my debtsUpdate: 2009 - Currently claiming £1900 from Natwest0 -
