So you agree with personal attacks on somebodies professional abilities with absolutely no basis in fact?

I have been honest enough to use my professional experience to try and assist other forum members.

Funny how the same Forum members repeatedly provide not help of assistance to anybody and seem to post purely to ruin the forum.

Is it any wonder why most of the NHS staff that are still young enough to qualify are moving to Aus/NZ and Canada?

The funniest bit is he was actually wrong anyway.

Well the 115 BHP TDi is a PD engine for starters 90Bhp engine is not.... Remap and bigger Larger injector nozzles is the usual way for a 90bhp tdi upgrade... Not 100% sure what turbos these use so cant really comment further as regards turbo upgrade.

TDi Club forums will be your best bet... Lots of Homebrew TDi tuning on there.

And then your next post confirms with what I have said previously.

I assume that the 90 tdi could be remapped to 105bhp or 110bhp then?

Yes and beyond probably.... All depends on what engine code the OPS cars using and what Turbo it has to start with then more again with bigger nozzles etc.

Perhaps FH I am getting fed up with Gene and Inactives purile posts so may have taken your post out of context. Though my post was posed as a question so not a direct attack.

Though I assume that Gene will go quiet now that he has shown himself unable to read properly after saying I couldn't.

I agree with the comments on the CDTi engine in Vauxhalls, it can be tuned a lot easily, though it is best to start with the 16v, as mentioned above, rather than the 8v for better returns. Though Vauxhall gearboxes are normally fairly strong.

The M32 gearbox on the 1.9 150 breaks under standard power - so is even worse with remapped/boxed cars.

    It can't handle the torque.

Seen standard cars kill a box in 40k miles. Same box is used on the VXR :(
