Lol, I was only justifying the price to everyone because people seem to think when everyone comes on this forum it's ONLY about saving money.
The money didn't particularly bother me. I was going to get a loan because I was lending money to family, aswell as buying a new car and still had some left over so wanted to build a new PC
I make money producing videos (albeit slowly atm) so paying it back not much of an issue just wanted something really fast for when I play c.o.d and stuff.
Anyway, the loan was turned down so can't afford it yet, so just gonna save up the 2000 old style and upgrade that waydebitcardmayhem wrote: »OK i'll FTT ,
Andrew what has happened to you ,swap the Muppet avatar for the old car , go back to what you were
I hope the 306 wasn't collateral
no need to make BOLD statements
Flame Off
I honestly don't know which avatar I'm using lol. I have them turned off. Is it beaker?
Which one did I have before Fizzgig?
The 306 is just because I used to have a Peugeot 306 and it kinda stuck
As for the BOLD (no pun intended) I got tired of quoting:D

His money its up to him what he spends it on.
It's not really his money, though, is it? He was planning to take out a loan to pay for this ridiculously overpriced vanity project.:undecidedWhy is everyone getting their knickers in a twist about someone spending their money how they want?
Shh.. he'll feel bad if he realizes he'd be utlizing less than a quarter of all that lovely RAM.KillerWatt wrote: »Didn't know COD was available in 64 bit

Seems like it'll fit the bill well, I don't think you've gone wrong at all.0 -
Price seems pretty good for that spec, the same model with a slower processor and half the hard drive capacity is around £360 at most retailers.fadetogrey wrote: »)Its a HP G56 130SA.2.3ghz 500gb hard drive lightscribe systemmulti8x dvd re/rw.windows 7 home premium and webcam.and yes Im reading this off the box.:o It cost £375.do you think its fair or have they saw me coming? My only worry would be that you have bought this from DSGi (Dixons/Currys/PC World) -their after sales service is appaling. Also, HP laptops tend to come with a lot of bloated useless programs pre-installed, slowing down your computer - make sure you download PC Decrapifier (or better yet, do a full format and reinstall) before you do anything else.poppy100 -

Call of duty does play on a 64-bit O/S
The 16gb of ram is only for the video editing and photoshop work nothing more.Owner of andrewhope.co.uk, hate cars and love them
