Any Idea how I can approach this? I suck at writing letters lol

Who shall I ask for Money Back for a camera? RM, or Pixmania?

hi Matty,

Ring postwatch and explain that you was not happy with the royal mail service being that could not prove that they delivered the camera. The people at postwatch have nothing to do with the royal mail, and are really nice and friendly, they will take all the details and ask for your proof of postage which you can scan and email and then they will do the leg work for your money back for postage and compensation for time. It wont be much but you will feel better.

Ring them up and speak to a manager, be persistant and not talk to the person who answers the phone, explain to them that you are really angry and its not fair that you should vent your anger on them and it has to be a manager. Once you have got the manager, first thing is get their name. Once you have got their name get their email address (write these down). Then explain the problems that Piximania has caused you and that they have had the camera far longer than need be, and that you had to go out and buy a new camera as Christmas is here.

Dont let them grind you down.
