Pigpen - I'd be so very hurt and would explode immediately. I admire you for thinking it through first. AnW's comment was very wise words. It's very destructive behaviour. Is it tied up with his annoyance about the childcare issue's with KH and visiting his parents? Pretty extreme retaliation.
No I think for him to be this lax about 'hiding' it from me shows it isn't something that is new, but even if it has been going on longer than he has been with me he should be curbing it IMO.. Or possibly I should be less suspicious and nosey..
I may have decided I don't care.. I might just be feeling OTT sensitive and just neglected. I am realy upset he can say these things to someone online but not to me the one person he should be..
bother...

Vanilla~ Happy Birthday, hugs as well
Thrifty~ Happy Birthday
Pigpen~ If my OH did that to me he would be gone by now, you are showing a lot of restraint, sit him down and talk to him is the best course of action.
Mind you, OH did get a valentine's text from some woman at work, he showed me, and was most put out when he relised she had sent it to everyone in her phone book on her mobile!!! it as just a heart with the words happy valentine's day.
Internet should be back on at home tomorrow if BT turn up...
Flying wise
I have sort of kept up with the lists, but not the thread sorry.

sockdrawer wrote: »Gah! That was horrible. I am never ever cleaning out the oven ever ever again even if it is at level one.
I should have known that while 99% of the population can, without difficulty, clean an oven, only I will find mine is leaking gikky brown corrosive  gunk all over the floor. Only I would get paranoid about it and start cleaning it off just an hour after it was put on, and only I would then obsess about breathing corrosive fumes/ waste product going down the sink/onto food areas/etc etc etc.
Would someone please kick my bum and tell me I'm being stupid, and also tell me how to avoid all that in the future- short of not using my oven?
oven liners work even in a gas oven and I now make sure I wipe the oven after I use it, hopefully while its still warm, not red hot:eek: but not stone cold:T that way you stop the thick grot build up and the welded on cheese from getting the upper hand.Sue
Do I need to eat it
Can I afford the calories:eek:
have I checked for a lower calorie version:T0 -
Piggers if I found my OH with that on his laptop under any circumstances, he'd be gone.
Maybe I'm a jealous little mare and couldnt handle him doing that.
Maybe that's just me, maybe you're a much more forgiving person than I am.
Then again maybe it's like the situation between me and DH was before we were together, we never touched or kissed but were each others emotional crutch as it were, when we needed someone outside of our situations to talk to. It was innocent. I "virtually" held his hand when his dad died, he was there for me when my ex was an insensitive controlling !!!!!. We'd both broken up from our respective partners when we got together and I never felt guilty about what I did.
Need to talk to him to find out what it is before it eats at you hun. (unless you're one of those lucky folk who really honestly can just let it go - Wish I was)
Besides - it's not nosey.... that lap top needed dusting
Talking of dusting must get on, trying to declutter round poooopies is becoming more difficult as they wont go for a walk in the rain and have WAAY too much energy to burn off. Every time i try to move a dog bed something pounces on it!!! I have picked up all the shredded cardboard (thanks toffee) and asked DH to bring down the hoover. Given the sofa the once over - nowt terrible there"I know that Prince Charming doesn’t come save me, we save each other and fight back to back against all comers that’s what marriage is to me. Nothing passive, no being carried off on a white steed, give me my own damn horse and lets ride into the sunset side by side." - Laurell K. Hamilton.0 -
LW be thankful its just shredded cardboard. Our dear mutt ate my first ever self-employed pay-cheque. Saying to a client 'the dog ate your cheque was soooo embarassing. We now have a cage on the letterbox:rotfl::rotfl:GC Mar 13 £47.36/£1500

Happy birthday vanilla and thrifty - hope you've both had fantastic days today and that you're being spoilt by someone.
Well I've had a crap day today! I was meant to be working a full day tomorrow at the school I was in today, but found that the teacher will be coming back tomorrow. Then I had a couple of text messages from the agency I joined before Xmas to say to call them about work and feedback from a school I'd worked in. I called them, the work was not suitable as I can't work in that particular county due to their restrictions on CRBs (the agency's wierd rules as I work in those schools through my other agency), and the feedback was negative (I'd had a good day with this particular class, so couldn't understand it at all). They also told me that I'd have a new consultant as my one is moving into secondary work, and made me continue to pay for the phonecall whilst I said "hi" to the new one. So, I've resigned from this new, and fairly incompetant agency via email, as I think they are making things up as they aren't getting enough work in for everyone (feedback and availability of work as every single text message I've called in on has been unavailable when I've called and I've only had positive feedback in the 36 other schools I've been to). Either that, or they didn't like it when I refused to work as a TA (on rubbish money) as I'm trained as a teacher, not a TA. Oh well, their loss!
Hopefully I'll have a better evening though, as I'm going over to a friend's house at 6.30pm for a cuppa and to discuss plans for my hen-do.
Flying wise, I've put all of the crockery in the DW, and decluttered my inbox. Other than that, I'm afraid I'm feeling a bit demotivated and lacking in confidence generally. Sorry to rant.
