Impounded car problems

  • This is one of the problems. If you work for DVLA and can't admit that sometimes the system goes wrong then the system will never work properly. There have been many tv programmes that have shown DVLA make mistakes and the answer from DVLA is that they never make mistakes meaning that they will happily keep making mistakes rather than find the problem and fix it so it never happens again.

I have told what I have been told and update everything that I have found to be the truth and if people don't like it then that is tough as it is the truth.

As for saying I said the police wouldn't say where the car was if you read the posts you will see I never said that. What I said was that the car was taken to a compound in the country in the middle of nowhere and to be honest I would have thought it would have been somewhere more accessable possibly on the edge of town.

All I seem to be doing now is restating what I have said before because some people arn't reading what I have said correctly or they seem to say I said things I didn't say.

Whatever the reason the car is now back and the DVLA issue is in the process of being resolved so the help needed has come from helpful people and the issues are comming to a end so what ie the point of people trying to cause issues with what has or has not been said or what has or has not happened?

Once again thank you all for your input including those that say DVLA never make mistakes like this.
