installing ms office 2007

i get as far as that but i don't see those programes showing

Looks like you might have borked your Office installation. Put the install disks back in and re-install it.

ok do i need to unintsall anything or just re insert the disc?

i dont understand whats gone wrong here,

id start from scratch,

Should be OK with SP3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall MS Office then try the re-install. Install it for All Users.

Ignore that.

After you have removed Office via the Add/Remove Programs go to this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928218 and click on the Microsoft Fixit link.

Once you have done that run the Windows Install Clean Up in your All Programs menu (see your post 24).

After that just re-install from the disc.
