    Hi Mimi,

I have so far sent stuff to the courts and Wragge's. I havent heard anything since i got my defence and keep hoping that the postman will bring good news (postmen are the most precious people at the mo!! and the post office is making a mint out of us lot) anyway, i am gonna send Wragge's a copy of this report from the judge and see is that gee's them up a bit.

My hubby is peeing his pants!! Honestly i didnt think it would get this far!.

    Will keep u posted.

    Sarah x  :wall:

    Hi Sarah,

Have u heard anything from the local solicitor yet?
  • God I am scared now :( I havent received their defence... but if they offer me a payout I may very well take it! I dont like the prospect of being in court! Nerves would get the better of me and I am sure I would fluff the whole thing :(

Don't take a "silly" amount if offered ... this is exactly what they want (and what many people will no doubt be doing now). Why should you accept anything other than what you're due? Everyone's frightened of going to court, but what's the worse thing that can happen? ... you have to attend (unlikely) and you lose (unlikely:rolleyes:).

There's loads of support on here and the CAG forum and there's no reason why anyone should not be prepared for the possibility of attending court. I'm as frightened as you, believe me, but I won't let the b*****ds get away with it!
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS
