Have you got a direct link to the bundle on the CAG site as I can't find it :-(

    Hi all

Turns out I haven't got my court date yet, just a date to return the AQ by 27th May with £100. I sent this off yesterday.

    Awaiting to hear now.

Hopefully this link should work for the Court bundle on the CAG site. Scroll down the message and the link is at the bottom.

I have downloaded it so anyone wanting can email me a message and I will email the attachment.

    Good luck all.

    Hi there,

If this is the first letter you wrote then write them another giving them another 14 days and explain you'll serve legal papers on them on day 15 if they don't comply.

If this is the second letter, then sure , email em , write to em call em , even use the secure message system in their on-line banking system , just let them know that at start of business next day the courts will start to deal with your claim.

Then use money claim on-line and go for it. :)

    Hope this helps,

    Sixx:j

Has anyone got a court date up anytime soon?

I have mine on 24th May

Jst wondering if anyone will have an outcome of these defences being sent out etc.

    Sarah

Hi there, I'm not quite at the same stage as you ... waiting for a court date:rolleyes: Just wondering how you're getting on ... have you posted your court bundle yet? It's also wise to produce a Statement of Evidence for the actual day in court, though it doesn't have to be included in the court bundle (unless the judge requests otherwise). A template is on the CAG site, but I can post the link if you haven't got it already.

Apparently A&L stated on a Radio 4 programme a couple of months ago that they do not pay up now until court proceedings have begun (don't we know it:rolleyes:). This does seem to indicate that they'll settle with you before court ... I really don't think you'll have to attend, though they may well leave it 'til the very last minute of course before they pay up!

Anyway, keep us informed (and anyone else with a court date looming) and let me know if you want any links posting ... I've spent many a happy hour reading 100's of threads on here and the CAG site!

    Hi Mimi,

I have so far sent stuff to the courts and Wragge's. I havent heard anything since i got my defence and keep hoping that the postman will bring good news (postmen are the most precious people at the mo!! and the post office is making a mint out of us lot) anyway, i am gonna send Wragge's a copy of this report from the judge and see is that gee's them up a bit.

My hubby is peeing his pants!! Honestly i didnt think it would get this far!.

    Will keep u posted.

  • I'm sure some may have heard in today's BBC news website that a judge threw out a case for a man who is claiming charges of £2000+ against Lloyds. This is only one case and it means nothing in the context of things - that these charges are unfair. I have not yet read the details of this case but I am still very confident even with all A+L's foot dragging, that we will get back simply what is due to us and hope people wont now be tempted to accept the meagre offerings from the banks. Good Luck to those of you going to court next week.

Interesting this http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/alliance-leicester/71409-kandinsky-alliance-leechsters-5.html it seems even if A&L do lose they are still playing up, They lied to the baliffs saying they paid when they hadn't. The guy is sending them in again tomorrow with truck to collect items:D :D
