what do you mean image quality? do you need the card to be able to do something specific?
image quality should be the same on almost all graphics cards, it will be your monitor that dictates at least 99% of the 'image quality'
GPUs like the quaddro is basically just a bog standard graphics card that is optimised for something like CAD and not games, but the Geforce ones which are disigned for gaming can do CAD perfectly fine aswell.0 -

if you dont play games why change whats in it? hd 5770 is not a card to be sniffed at they do quite well and not cheap cheap like some cards, £60-100
quaddro are just stupid prices and you wont see anybenefits from it.
stick to what you have.0 -

So It Could be My Monitor,Its A AOC 22",Just When I Had A 8800GT The Image Quality Seemed Better,But Then Again I Had An Acer Monitor!

You are using a DVI or HDMI cable, and not a VGA one?0

nVidia Quadro cards are for 3D CAD. The best 2D image cards are Matrox ones but TBH you probably wouldn't notice the difference unless you had a reference quality monitor.0

Tom's hardware did a review of high definition video quality and the Radeon 5750 (similar to you have) came out top:

your card really won't be the problem. Thats more than capable of doing everything your 8800GT was capable of and more.
Have you installed the correct drivers?
Are you using HDMI / DVI capabilities of your card
Do you have the correct resolution set for yur monitor?
Is your monitor cheap/rubbish?0 -

little uncertain of your setup. My understanding is the 5770 has DVI outputs and ideally you should be running that to an up to date monitor/display using either DVI (output/PC) to DVI (input/screen) or DVI (output/PC) to HDMI (input/screen).
if as I suspect you are putting a DVI into a sVGA input you'll be suffering as sVGA is an old standard, some say struggles to cope with anything above 800x600 resolution. DVI or HDMI on the other hand wil take you all the way up to full HD and beyond.
do you have a monitr that takes a DVI or HDMI input? could you try hooking it up to your main television to see how much you may be suffering with an old sVGA monitor.
DVI to DVI and DVI to HDMI cables are readily available, you should be able to get a reasonable one for about £4.... bit more if you need a longer one (2m+)0 -
EDIT, if I've got things the wrong way round looking up specs older HD5770 cards had VGA outputs and AOCs can/do come with DVI inputs, the fix is the same basically do what you need to do to eliminate sVGA from the equation by getting the correct cable.0
