Why won't SD card work in Hifi USB slot?

With a bit of luck fire up VLC or XMBC :eek: certainly won't be WMP/Media Centre.;)

I thought ds's played .dpg video files ???

Try something from that site I mentioned.

download format factory here: http://format-factory.en.softonic.com and convert the .mp4 files into .mp3. then bang it onto a usb stick and try again.

I couldn't get your link to work, but googled and downloaded this converter..http://www.mymusictools.com/articles/how-to-convert-m4a-to-mp3-for-free.htm
Managed to copy across all the M4A files from the SD card to the PC and then used this program to convert to MP3 & then transferred onto my USB flash drive & it works:T
Thanks for taking the time to explain everyone, have learned something new today that even my kids have thanked me for!!

WMP will if you use MCP and tell WMP to play all
