  • Shes still messaging me asking when the courier will be collecting the buggy! This isnt gor me to sort out, i only agreed to courier in the first place because she really wanted me to. She wants to return it therefore she should organise it being returned, i am correct in thinking that arent i? The dispute has until the 23rd, what happens if she hasnt returned it by then? Shes been a pain in the neck since i listed the thing asking if it had a bag and parasol too when the listing had ended. Ive only had one issue where i got neg, the buyer accused me of never posting, but i got refund from rm cos i had and it had gotton lost. never had any other issues and not sure what to do now. I have done as she asked and agreed to refund upon return, but shes expecting me to do that too! Sorry for rant but i have sore throat and headache rite now and shes making me feel worse lol!

    She has to return it not you, she organises courier not you.You've done more than enough. You follow ebay/paypal rules, she chooses not to. Poor you, what a pain, make sure she blocked on blocked bidder page. Dont respond to any emails, shes been told to return it for a refund, ring ebay if any issues with her. Good luck

    If the time hasnt been recorded as sent with a valid tracking number then paypal will release the funds into your account and the case will automatically close. Why does it need to go by courier?? What is wrong with the post office, im sure hse goes there at some point in the week!!

    It does seem like a con, have you asked for evidence eg photographs?? That would be my 1st call, as evidence.

    I would just ignore her emails, and if you do feel the need to reply, just ask please can you send me the tracking number and postal service used by return. and finsh by saying many thanks!!

    Also if she sends any harrassing emails, dont forget to get them forwarded onto ebay, they are currently reveiwing the procedure on this - at least they admit there are some weird bunny boilers out there now!!!

  • Thanks hun, i thought id done everything i should. Luckily i have a very lovely 2.5yr old whos a mummys boy n is being very good since mummy feels poorly, he plays nicely with his toys and keeps giving me kisses n cuddles lol!
    Shes blocked for sure, have checked and triple checked! Xx

    It's not fun dealing with something like this, zoesmummy, especially when you're not feeling so good. Continue to stand your ground. It sounds as though you're entirely in the right here.

    I've been following this thread since the beginning, and I would have been tearing my hair out if I'd been you! I'm really rooting for you to win this all the way.

    What a sweetheart your little boy sounds. I'm sure those cuddles are exactly what you need right now. :-)

    It's down to her to organise the courier. I would ignore her completely & only respond if she enters something else into the dispute. Hopefully she'll faff so much that she'll run out of time and it will be found in your favour.
    She probably had no intention of returning it & was hoping that she could bully you into a partial refund,
  • Well the buggy still hasnt been returned, ive been in most of time for the last week, and am in this half term cos both my kids have conjunctivitis n arent happy. Have had bout 3 other messages asking when its being collected and to plrase let her know-oh shes being polite now!-and the case has now been escalated to ebay for them to decide it. What are the chances it will go against me? I agreed to refund upon return and told her to let me know when she was returning it in resolution console, but kept getting messages back asking me to sort courier/when is it being collected etc. Should i maybe contact ebay myself and let them know that she hasnt returned the item and was being awkward about returning it etc?? God i love ebay but this person has really put me off it!!
  • IT WENT IN MY FAVOUR!!!!!!!!! they obviously looked at the fact that she kept asking when it was being collected etc, and closed the dispute and took the hold off my paypal account!! Also said in their notes that tey felt the item may not be returned to me in the condition i sent it-whatever they mean by that! but its over and done with, and im happy! she's not, has left me neg feedback straight away saying 'pushchair arrived in dire condition, avoid, selling trash as usable goods.
    as she didnt return the item would i be able to get that removed at all?? it says in the case notes that it wont be counted wehn they evaluate seller performance and that it may take 24 hrs to update my seller dashboard.
