NICE!
I think I've made about £1 from Travelex all together :rotfl:I think that shows how much foreign currency I take on holiday with me!
From a personal purchase point of view, mobile phone contracts and insurances typically pay pretty well.yes 0.5% is a pretty poor CB rate but thankfully we do between £1.2 and £2m fx payments each year.
Mobile is company paid for and OH will be when her current contract expires.
Still will do what I can on there plus any works bits and anything is better than nothing!
Before anybody mentions it yes i know i will have to declare the work benefits.

Not had much time for many MSE actions due to decorating but should be finished at the weekend.

Hi LP :j
Sorry quick question, does your boss know you are drawing personnal profit from business purchases through cashback?
I know in companies I have worked for, if found out, that would constitute instant dismissal..
BTW I am not telling you off, just warning you to be careful and not get into trouble...
Good luck on your journey

Hi Froggy, sorry I should have said I am the sole shareholder in the business.
Kicking myself that I hadn't looked into any of this before, still better late than never.

No worries, did not want you to lose your job over that
Glad you can benefit from it.. You can always look between Topcashback and Quidco, as sometimes there might be slight variances in terms of % that could make a significant impact, especially due to the volume you're purchasing..
Good luck

No you are quite right, always best to be on the safe side and warm people, especially since I didn't mention it anywhere previously.
Always been quite reserved about the fact due to my age and such.
Okay I will give topcashback a look at too! thanks.

The classic Morris Minor story...old lady goes into garage with her moggie that keeps overheating. Mechanic asks has she been topping up the water reservoir regularly, old lady says
"But I don't live near any reservoirs".Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

Didn't get much done last night as I had football.
Tonight I really need to start the wallpapering in our bedroom and rip up the carpets, until I do that I won't get the space in my study back and thats where all my dvds and cds are that I need t sell! argh!

Well I had been on target for being able to make an OP of £1500 this month however the oil got low and I ended up buying 2000L of it at £1200 so chances are it will only be a couple hundred come end of the month. Oh well that oil should last me a good few months (i hope!)
Also bedroom carpet is up now, so I can sort the floorboards out which means I am one step closer to having my study back from the bedroom junk. Then I can ebay!
Started quidco and currently have £36 sat in there waiting to clear, good site although the Travelex payments don't show. I am guessing because corporate login opens up new windows....

- Received the banks paying in slips for the PO (dont have to go all the way into town anymore, thank heavens!)
Jobs to do
- Put up pictures in bedroom ready for carpet on Friday

- Assess home & contents insurance (sure I can get it cheaper)
