Just made a £1,000 overpayment this morning. Had I not had to buy so much oil in one hit it could so easily have been 2k.

Well hopefully the Halifax reduces my term this time, the OP last month they reduced my monthly amount! I couldn't have stressed it anymore to the chap.

Going to have a look later at the budget and see how it will affect my takehome

Although the good news was short lived.

DD2 has had to go back up to the hospital and has been admitted. She is on oxygen, heart monitor, the works. had a chest x-ray and still not sure whats wrong....

Aww LP, sorry to hear your DD is poorly again.. Hope she recovers very soon... Am keeping my fingers crossed for a speedy recovery...
