hi all

i have appeared to be scamed today by first money direct took 250 out my bank which we wanted a loan for a deposit for house now no loan and no money and no house i want to take this as far as i can cause my childrens dreams have been thrown away by some w *****

please can you give me your full support with infor on what to do next and surport i have phoned fair trading standards and fsa !!!!!! have they not seen all this on the net please lets pull together to stop this

You can't use a Loan for a house deposit anyway..

Sorry you children's dreams have been taken away by a stupid parent who can not handle money very well..
What planet are you on were you think that borrowing money for a deposit was a good idea.
please have a read and you will find out exactly what you need to do to get your money back as it on most pages..
It really is about personal responsibility and a lot of you do not want to take any for the way you have acted or behaved .

These people are the lowest form of low in my book, they prey on the vunarable with their lies & cheating.
I approached them back at the beginning of June for a £2000 personal loan, just wish i'd have read on here first. Now some 4 months later I am still waiting for my refund of £49.50
I have written to them on 6 occassions (all letters being sent recorded delivery) 2 letters were returned to me after they moved premises & I then obtained their contact details from the Financial Omnisbun & wrote a further 2 formal complaint letters & have still not received my money. They don't bother to even acknowledge my letters & if you do manage to get through & speak to anyone they say you'll get a call back which never happens. I was confirmed to me some 6 weeks ago when i managed to speak to someone that my letter requesting the refund had been received on 17 JUNE 2011 but they couldn't understand why it hadn't been done but I was promised it would be done that week but of course no it wasn't & when i queried it i was told "sorry we have system problems following our move" I can't even now get through on the phone to them as the number is not connecting.
I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL LOAN TO AVOID THESE CROOKS LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN
