Also what if you don't reveal who was driving and communicate with them at all, what are they going to do about it? Really listening to the drivel by the bpa on that other thread, they know damn well this RK thing is a massive red herring , they know it's worthless, that is why they are trying to press on invoices having a status like real tickets, the scammers are about to have body blow if this comes in as it doesn't alter anything in reality.

I suspect some of the larger PPCs may take a few R/K to court where there has been no contact in the hope of a win ..so they can add it to their threats ..the BPA are probably plotting this as we speak ...yes they will lose some but you know the one win is what will be quoted in letters .

Yes and people will search on the internet and will be set straight, and if I am reading this right, these unfounded threats will be taken out of letters, and the dca's will be also reined in , well one can hope these scumbags will be taken to task

in peters letter 3rd paragraff down (starting with 'we are aware'.....) it looks like it says that the rk is liable and able to be finned unless the rk gives them proof of the actual driver if it wasnt the rk who was driving..

Yes, that's the proposal which has already been discussed at length on this thread.

But at the moment, for any existing private/fake PCNs the keeper is not liable.

The last sentence of paragraph 3 says

This liability will apply only if a request for payment was made when the parking incident took place
and has not been paid.

This appears to rule out ANPR cameras, and tickets not issued directly to the driver at the time of the incident.

i got a so called fine from parking eye not to long ago so i should still ignore theier threats of court action n bailiffs ect yer without to much worry of been taken to court???
