    Just to say I did do everything via secure messaging on Internet Banking and since I have a current account as well, I requested the money to be transferred there.

    Only just got mine sorted, in the end they paid £20 directly into the savings account. The lady on the phone who eventually called after me nagging via secure messaging hinted they'd been having a few problems with this offer.

    I would recommend anyone still waiting continues to pester as I think you'll get there in the end.
