Yes if no reply from top boss then say its on here and you'll be contacting local papers - I'm sure they'd love the story.

So let me get this right.
Tesco shop had a problem causing you to be incorrectly charged.
    Tesco sorted this out.
You didnt like the Tesco employees attitude
You have gone off on one about the employee to his employer.
You really need to use Tescos
You go back to Tescos & wind the employee up again
The manager asks you to leave the shop and you believe you are banned.

Whilst you were getting all peeved about your situation you managed to forget the most important thing, not how much you like the employee, not how much $h1te you can stir up, but You really need to use Tescos I suggest you drop your complaint go back and tell the employee you are sorry for the misunderstanding, you were having a bad day etc, and ask him to let bygones be bygones. This may or may not achieve your objective of using the service provided by Tesco.

Wow, you're either !!!!!! or you should have paid more attention in school. That is the single, most incoherent post that I have ever seen on MSE.

I would like to hear the managers side to this story, not that we are ever going to, it takes a lot to be banned from a store like Tesco's. Remember shop staff don't have to put up with the crap some of the public throw their way. I would assume there is more than this than the way the OP tells it.
