  • Morning my dears,

Had a fairly good nights sleep last night, lack of sleep the night before resulted in a migraine during the day so ended up feeling very sorry for myself. However although the kitchen looks like a bombs exploded in it, I did manage to complete Levels one and two yesterday.

Going to have a good attempt at todays list in between running about and going to Tesco's before work.

Friday ~ Childrens Rooms, Spare rooms Or just neglected spaces!
    Level One

    [STRIKE]Declutter and vacuum the floor![/STRIKE]
Strip and wash and replace stinky bedding
Make half an hour for YOURSELF!!!
    Level Two
[STRIKE]Sort through a cupboard of clothing
Sort through a box of toys/junk[/STRIKE]
    Binbag dance
    Level Three
    Tidy/straighten a bookcase/shelf unit
Wash any curtains/cushions etc that are in need
    Dust and deweb
    Extras
    1. Make a list of 5 things you want done by the start of half term holidays.. ;)
    2. HHI
    3. Clean out pets.. make appointments for any vaccinations they need!!
    4. Wipe away all sticky fingerprints and suchlike!
    Have a good day everyone.
  • Well i came on to mutter about being awake since 5AM, but by the looks of things I have nothing to mutter about. :o

Pigpen - I can't improve on the wise words of Toots and Seafarers and agree you need a good natter with Triker.

Oh well off for a shower and throw the last bits in the suitcase - at least I should have plenty of time for breakfast before i go which will save some money.

Love, hugs and spoons to anyone who needs - special hugs to toots and Lady-L

And.. while I am on a MAJOR rant mode.. I have emailed the archbishop of York to ask his advice about the baptism.. my head was still ranting and my finger went 'submit'.. and my head went.. 'ooooohhhh...what HAVE YOU DONE!!!!!!!!????????????'

Anyway.. tis now done.. and I await a reply... with eyeballs poised....

NOW I shall be away to my nest and growl in my sleep!

I also found out what Tiddles has been having bad dreams about (other than someone coming to stab us all to death).. mummies... no I am not that bad.. but Egyptian style ones.. I did proceed to tell her their innards are in pretty jars, the brains are mush soup in another jar and they do not do only thing but lay there being smelly and looking ugly.. there really is nothing to be afraid of.. funny things 6 year olds!

    WELL DONE!!!!!!

I hope the Archbishop proves helpful!

    Fingers crossed!

    Morning,

I have changed our bed and the WM is on.

House is a tip again. Lots of tidying to do before I can clean which is what really bugs me. We are messy and we have too much stuff.
Have to go into town. Library books to take back and I need cards. Will try and do an hour here then go out before it gets busy.

    Catch you later

raphanius - I'm sorry for your loss - hugs

    Morning all, still raining here,

DH and DS1 were back home by 10pm last night, waiting for a software reboot and updated restart??

They're back there this morning from 9am.

    Now where is my Listy...

    Happy Birthday Natty

Can anyone recommend a lightweight vac cleaner?
I have been tasked with finding one for my 80 year old mum.
She is very sprightly - looks more like 70 - but finds it a chore carting hers up and down the stairs.
I know I should probably ask on another thread, but I don't know those people and I TRUST you guys 100% :D

On a flying note - erm - going out soon. Will give myself a good talking to in the car, which also resembles a shed. :rotfl:
