Ah, yes, great, a classic example of Mr or Mrs or Miss GOOLIES, yes, very jolly, a nice addition. Yes, well done GHOULIES a lot of us like what you do and find it entertaining. Yes, keep GHOULIES on the firm, he/she/it's a goodly comedy writer and lots of fun. And is harmless and inoffensive. And adds a dash of jollity and colour. And if it's not your cup of tea then you can just skim it or skip it, it's not a problem. Yes, as I say elsewhere, this whole forum is already fairly bland and fairly heavily censored and it would be a shame to dumb it down any more than it already is. Grossly offensive stuff is already competently deleted by use of the abuse button but we need a bit of fun and a bit of black and white and the occasional flourish of colour, not just one shade of grey all the time.

And if GOOLIES is Sibley or McLavish or someone similar, well, that would be a right laugh. That would be great. Yes, a fun little mystery that one. Keep it up, keep it coming. Yes, please Martin and mods, don't chop out the comedy and fluff, that would be a mistake and a loss.

I say YOU are a genuine candidate for at least some of the ghoulish malarky, mister mostlycheerful. I say that knowing you could EASILY point the finger straight back at me and even over at HAMISH_MCTWUNTISH.

I actually do reckon Sibley has been a part of it too. He's an odd one.

Well......... you do have to be really... let's say thoughtful to try to disguise your wordy-words with any hope of success.

Just like developing a persona in real life: I reckon it's possible but you'd have to be really into developing characters.

So, I'd say if you were doing it for a fun and involved creative process then that's work, but to back up a lame non-intellectual point then that's where the witless trolls lie.

But then that's why the c_&_u satire-o-bear individuals have been successful in undermining the idiots. I guess there's room for both.

Well, no, I do humour, mini essays and a bit of helping - yes, some of my stuff is just straight helping people regarding their problem - but, no, I don't do pranks, not at all. No, my humour, as you can see, is silliness and wordplay mixed with actual comment and sometimes mixing humour with serious points - and true stories of daft stuff that's happened to me and I've contributed three pieces of overt fiction on thejonesfamily buyers are camped on our drive thread. Oh, and occasionally I do a bit of ranting about how terrible crime is and how I and my friends have all been mugged and burgled far too often, and what a total failure the government is. And, also, the week before last, I did a long piece about how victims are not greedy or to be blamed when they get defrauded which was countering a particularly negative troll-stalker on the property board who was saying that nastiness, which I regard as unacceptable and incorrect and untrue things to think and say. That's what I do here. Bit of humour, bit of help, bit of gobbing off about bad stuff.

But, no, I haven't done a second identity or any multiple identities or satire regarding this forum or the individual boards, which is what goolies is about, isn't it. I haven't done any taking the p out of property.

So, yes, if you were looking for possible people, yes, my type of humour and the fact that I gob off a lot and frequently do a whole page and even as many as three or four pages at a time would put me in the frame, but, actually, no I can't lay claim to Lavish or goolies or sibley or any other kind of silliness. No, what you see is what you get with me, I've got plenty of satisfaction typing up two pages about how I poohed my pants which is my latest epic last night, on the toilet mistakes thread in The Arms, that's my main style for humour, ridiculous stuff that happened to me. The other type of humour I do, is, for instance, like my piece of the norf-sarrf deevide thread last week in which I called northerners cave dwellers and homunculi who have to eat what they can catch with their bare hands. And, like I just mentioned, I've so far done three pieces of actual fiction. But they're obviously fiction, all my other stuff is true stuff and I'll always signpost the fiction stuff, I wouldn't muddle up true stuff as fiction or try to pass off fiction as true stuff, that's not the kind of gig I'm into.

Yes, I'd fess up to being Sibbers or Lavish or Goolies if I was, I think they're all great. But, no, I'm just me, mc.
