I managed to find 5 15 month's forms, when I was going through the magazines at Asda the other day, which are going spare.

At last I've found some in London. I only picked one up and asked the lovely ladies down at WH smith in Greenwich could I have this without purchasing the mag and they let me walk away with one.

They were located in Zest. There was loads left but I thought I wouldnt take the Pi$$. Hope this helps people looking for them living round that area

I have searched every Supermarket, Newsagent and even W.H. Smith's in the Sutton area (Surrey) with no joy finding an 18 month application. Every single one was only for 9 months. Must be the area !!!

Has any kind person got a spare 18 month form they could let me have ?
