  • * cough cough * indeed!

I did work may way through all the papers looking for the inserts. Trying to look nonchalant as the security man watched me from the doorway.

Quite likely the very 1st and last time I shall actually be looking for the advertising junk you normally get in papers and magazines. I normally can’t bin it fast enough!
  • A 9 months at 0% interest leaflet from Capital One was in with my Sky Magazine this month.

Thought I came across a 24 month version of this earlier today - viewed from a distance on the floor in a supermarket by the newspapers/magazines section...Only to then realise on approaching and closer inspection it was amidst a whole bunch of dropped different leaflets and another leaflet overlayed onto a 9 month form that was partially visible. The other ovarlapping leaflet had a big red 24 just on top where the 9 was underneath!! Lol...! :D

Anyone know if Capital One Cards update details to the Credit Agencys out of curiosity, if so, anyone know which in particular!?

    Thx - Lopo!

Capital One report to both Equifax and Experian. I don't know about the other agency.
  • But there wasn't one in the Times in Cheltenham today !!!

What's Watford got that we haven't ? - other than the Gap ;-)

Watford Gap is nowhere near Watford....plus Watford does have the ring road which is like a racecourse at the weekends!

Besides its a well known fact there is no life north of Watford...hence no forms thataway! :D

Was desperately hoping there might be some just a wee bit north here in Leighton Buzzard - anyone seen any gone AWOL this way?

I got a 15 month one in with my Zest magazine that was delivered today. (courtesy of the 3 for £3 offer from the magazines thread).

Not sure if it'll be in the ones in the shops though.

According to Capital Ones website you can apply online

' If you received an invitation for a Capital One card by mail, you can apply for the same offer online.

Please have our offer on hand for some basic information. '

You need the Reservation Number from the leaflet
    and the Access Code.

So if any one has them? Would this be legal?

    Regards
