If he feels unable to budget etc then that is his lookout and more ammunition for getting residency yourself as he clearly is unable to look after the children properly. He is playing you for a mug and using the children as weapons to blackmail you with. Call his bluff, and withdraw all but what you legally have to do. The children won't go without as you provide for them when they are with you - he needs to grow up and start providing for them himself, afterall he gets all the additional premiums for having them live with him as it is.
Good advice Kelloggs and this has been suggested to the OP but she feels she is unable to....I don't really know what else we can offer the OP.
I would imagine that in terms of financial support, not paying CS will be a small drop in comparison to what she is giving him already and then there is the matter of the reduction in income to her household if she is not working/on maternity pay.0 -

Which proves you know absolutely nothing about how residency orders work, nor manipultive Parents!0 -
I've got tons of people on ignore (well two and I'm thinking of removing one of them)
Click on the username, then view public profile, then click on the drop down menu by the User List (this is tiny but is below the red/green online ball next to the username at the top of the screen), then confirm you want them on your ignore list.
Thank you. I cannot bear to watch that vile excuse for a human being abuse and insult people further. Karma is a devil though....0 -

Hopefully as non judgmental as you are, you'll never feel the force of it yourself0 -

I think it's because the OP wanted to know if the CSA would consider the income from her current husband if she gave up work and he is not the biological father of the relevant children.0 -
Joannenotts - the part where you said about manipulative is spot on he used to be able to brain wash me but i moved on.., i can only apologise you seem to have got a torrent of abuse for it, i am a firm believer of what goes around comes around and i will wait untill they are old enough to understand cos at this moment i wouldnt dream of saying anything detromental about the father (unfortunately he does about me!).. but one day they will be grown up.. you sound like your in a happy place now fair play to you ;-))0
