3rd day of no sickness, just nausea, but the last couple of days I've been really looking forward to and enjoying my food. Once I've had a meal I'm already planning what I'm going to have for my next one lol.

11 weeks tomorrow for me :)

    Morning all

Funny few days for me, nearly 8 weeks and yesterday I was more tired than I have been so far! Had a nap mid afternoon and think it made me feel worse! Didnt fancy any of my tea, which is very odd indeed for me!
This morning, I made my OH get me a ginger biccie before I got up, although it wasnt very nice first thing, it did help me and I actually had some energy for the first time in a few days! Rather than rushing around though, I thought I would try and just take little steps, so I put a load of washing in and then had a rest, dont want to use up all the energy so fast!!!

I havent had any MS, just felt a bit sicky. I'm glad to read that others havent either. Sometimes I wish I had it a little bit, just so I knew things were ok if that makes sense?

Congrats to emsbet, I really hope it goes well for you x

Have a lovely Sunday everyone. xxxx:D

    Thanks for the welcome sunshine.

I am waiting for some more symptoms to kick in as I don't feel pregnant at all but I am only 4+2 weeks so it's still really early days.

I have been really tired all week but I am struggling to get much sleep. I seem to be waking up really early and not able to nod back off which isn't helping.

Still got my headache I have had for about a week and a half and woke up feeling very thirsty this morning.

I had a really sharp pain last night that ran right down through my lower abdomen - it woke me up and I thought the worst but it only lasted about 30 seconds then went away so I guess it was just some stretching.

Hope everyone is well and has a nice Sunday. I'm off for a family meal to celebrate my baby sister qualifying as a nurse, before we head back up north.

    xx

Thanks for the detailed info Babybump, was reassuring to read!

And also we appear to have the same due date! I'm having my 12 week scan tomorrow and at my last scan they gave me the 14th Feb as my date! Good luck with your scan on Tuesday!

Welcome back emsbet, so glad it hasn't taken to long and I really hope its a sticky bean.

Off out for a Sunday Lunch with my hubby, trying to take my mind off tomorrow morning.

    Have a nice Sunday all!

babybump & jannine - enjoy your scans tomorrow :j Do try to knacker yourself out today, as if you're anything like me, I slept awful the night before my scan :)

Lucy - I'm crossing my fingers that you've finally turned a corner :D

Sunshine - I was the same from about 8-10 weeks I think. I had naps before dinner time most days, as I was exhausted. I'd only sleep an hour (even if I thought I needed more). It seemed to do the trick.

emsbet - I'm sure your twinge was just stretching as you said. I get little twinges now and again too. If I'm lying down, and need to cough or I move too quickly. Mostly happens down in my left side (maybe once a week.......) :)

Thanks. I'm trying my best not to worry. I was excited when I first found out as the lines were stronger on the test than they were last time and I took that as a good sign. I am getting a tad nervous as I don't have any symptoms really, even the twinges are less. I know it's really early and I should not worry, it's just difficult after what happened last time.

I'm going to see if I can persuade to part with the cash for an early scan to put my mind at rest.

Not sure when I should call my doctors either. I think it might still be a bit early so might wait to call until the end of the week.

I didn't feel pregnant for ages but about week6/7 I started to feel nauseous if I was hungry.

Now I'm at 8+6 I feel REALLY sick if I get hungry, the problem is that it kicks in really quickly - one moment I'm feeling OK and then the next I'm starving and feel quite sick.

My mum reckons that there is anecdotal evidence that we follow similar symptoms to what our mothers had, if this is the case then I am spot on as my mum and grandma both had nausea but no actual sickness.

I am feeling very weary though, this is getting to be a problem as all I fancy doing to sitting down and resting my eyes or vegging out with a book or the TV :o

I really feel for you ladies that are getting sickness, I hope it clears up for you soon!

I felt nauseous yesterday for about 15 mins - don't think that's long enough to class as MS! :rotfl:
I was also really thirsty yesterday and woke up in the night the last few nights needing a drink, which isn't like me. Today my mouth feels really dry - you know that weird "suck on a lemon" sensation you have before being sick but I don't feel nauseous at all....
